Get Involved

There are many ways to be part of the Collective.
The Collective for Racial & Disability Justice is built through relationships, shared learning, and collaboration. Our work is strengthened by people who bring lived experience, community knowledge, research and professional expertise, questions, ideas, and a commitment to racial and disability justice.
You can get involved by joining one of our Collectives, participating in events and co-design opportunities, working or learning with CRDJ, partnering with us, sharing resources and knowledge, or supporting our work. Whether you are directly impacted by the issues we work on, a community member, advocate, organizer, student, researcher, practitioner, or potential partner, we invite you to find a way into the work that fits your experience, interests, and capacity.
Join a Collective
Our Collectives bring people together around shared racial and disability justice issues to learn, build relationships, exchange knowledge and strategies, and help shape CRDJ’s work over time. Explore our current Collectives and find an issue area that connects with your experience, work, questions, or commitments.
Partner with us
We work with community organizations, advocates, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, universities, and others whose work intersects with racial and disability justice. Partnerships can take many forms—from research and co-design to resource development, convenings, training, and shared projects.
