The purpose of the Nexus Project is to explore racial bias and equity in disability employment with the goal of establishing a foundation for future research, policy, and the development of evidence-based best practices.

Our work is intersectional, interdisciplinary, and challenges systemic inequities in employment, policy, and research, committed to ensuring that the realities of diverse disabled workers are recognized and addressed.​
