Policy Tracker
The CRDJ Policy Tracker is a curated list of bills specific to racial and disability justice issues that have been introduced to Congress during this legislative session. Let's take a look at how to use filters and grouping in the Tracker.
Filtering: The results can be filtered in each column. If you click on the title at the top of a column, the results will reorganize themselves and an arrow will show up next to the title to tell you whether they have been put in ascending (small to large ↑) or descending (large to small ↓) order. You can also search within the column. For example, if you want to only look at bills that are on employment, you would click on the three bars at the top right of the "Issues" column and type "Employment" into the field underneath where it says "Contains." You can also search using the options of Not contains, Equals, Not equal, Starts with, and Ends with depending on what you are searching for.
Grouping: The results can be grouped by dragging any of the columns up to the top where it says, "Drag here to set row groups." For example, if you want to look at only those Bills introduced in the Senate, you can drag the column called "Chamber" up to the top and it will split all of the results into the two Chambers of Congress, the House and the Senate.
